HAKA has substantial experience in conducting assessments outside Estonia and a large international expert pool to match the needs of any institution. HAKA has developed regulations in line with the ESG, which in combination with taking into consideration the local context, serve as the basis for cross-border evaluations.
HAKA’s ESG aligned assessments include:
- Institutional accreditations;
- Accreditations of study programmes;
- Quality assessments of study programme groups or clusters;
- Accreditation of study programmes in continuing education including micro-credentials;

Completed cross-border assessments
- HAKA has conducted Institutional Accreditations abroad. The outcomes are available here.
- In 2017 HAKA’s predecessor EKKA accredited a continuing education programme offered by the OSCE Border Management Staff College. More information about the assessment and information about the assessment outcomes can be found here.
- In 2015 HAKA’s predecessor EKKA conducted accreditation of Law study programmes in Moldova. Outcomes are available on DEQAR.
