{"id":3851,"date":"2016-04-28T06:36:18","date_gmt":"2016-04-28T06:36:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ekka.edu.ee\/?p=3851"},"modified":"2016-05-03T07:53:46","modified_gmt":"2016-05-03T07:53:46","slug":"nceqe-looking-international-experts-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/haka.ee\/en\/news\/nceqe-looking-international-experts-2\/","title":{"rendered":"NCEQE is looking for international experts"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>ENQA\u2019s Georgian affiliate, NCEQE, I has issued a\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.enqa.eu\/index.php\/international-expert-of-the-national-center-for-educational-quality-enhancement-of-georgia-call-for-applications\/\">call for international experts<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><b><b>Application Deadline<\/b>: Permanent Call<br \/>\nPosition<\/b>: International Expert of Program Accreditation of HEIs<br \/>\n<b>Language Requirement<\/b>: English<\/p>\n<p>Background<\/p>\n<p>The Legal Entity of Public Law (LEPL) \u2013 National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement (NCEQE) was founded on September 1, 2010 under the Law of Georgia on Educational Quality Enhancement. The NCEQE is responsible for external evaluations as well as program and institutional accreditation in Georgia.<\/p>\n<p>Required Skills and Experience<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>PhD or equivalent degree;<\/li>\n<li>At least 3 years of proven teaching or scientific\/scholarly research experience;<\/li>\n<li>Experience in designing and developing academic programs;<\/li>\n<li>Academic writing skills;<\/li>\n<li>Effective teamwork and communication skills;<\/li>\n<li>Skills of collecting and analyzing information and producing well-grounded reports;<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in English.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Responsibilities<\/p>\n<p>Experts are required to draft external evaluation reports. The external evaluation reports examine the relevant study programs in the following areas:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>goals, outcomes of study programs, and adequacy of program contents to declared goals and outcomes;<\/li>\n<li>teaching methods and structure of studies, adequacy of students\u2019 assessment methods;<\/li>\n<li>academic performance and individual work with students;<\/li>\n<li>material resources (infrastructure, learning environment, etc.);<\/li>\n<li>mechanisms for promoting quality of studies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Finances<\/p>\n<p>Experts will be provided with:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Remuneration for evaluating:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>academic program: 600 Euro\u2013 expert team leader, 500 Euro \u2013 team member;<\/li>\n<li>academic programs: 800 Euro \u2013 expert team leader, 700 Euro \u2013 team member;<\/li>\n<li>academic programs: 1200 Euro \u2013 expert team leader, 1000 Euro \u2013 team member.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Daily expenses (hotel, meals, etc.) \u2013 300 Euro for approximately 3 days;<\/li>\n<li>Travel expenses.<\/li>\n<li>The experts will be provided with English translations of all relevant documents.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Application<\/p>\n<p>Candidates should submit their CV (template in attachment) to the following e-mail account:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:experts@eqe.ge\">experts@eqe.ge<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ENQA\u2019s Georgian affiliate, NCEQE, I has issued a\u00a0call for international experts.
