The outcomes are available <a href=\"https:\/\/haka.ee\/en\/institutional-accreditations-outside-estonia\/\">here<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In 2017 HAKA&#8217;s predecessor EKKA accredited a continuing education programme offered by the OSCE Border Management Staff College.
