The Appeals Committee is appointed for a term of three years and consists of three members and alternates. The Committee is convened on the basis of need.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The constitution of the Committee is regulated in the document <em>Procedure for formation of Estonian Vocational Education Quality&nbsp;Assessment Council and the Appeals Committee<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Members of the Committee<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The HAKA <a href=\"https:\/\/ekka.edu.ee\/en\/supervisory-board\/\" class=\"broken_link\">Supervisory Board<\/a> has approved the composition of the Committee on 8.08.2022 as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Members nominated by the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ekey.ee\/in-english\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"broken_link\">Estonian Association for Advancement of Vocational Education<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>member Roosi Nemliher,&nbsp;<em>Head of studies at Tartu Art School<\/em><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Members nominated by the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kutsekoda.ee\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Estonian Qualifications Authority<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>member Tiia Randma, <em>board member at Estonian Qualifications Authority<\/em><\/li><li>alternate member Maris Saarsalu,&nbsp;<em>coordinator at Estonian Qualifications Authority<\/em><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Members nominated by the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.employers.ee\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Estonian Employers\u2019 Confederation<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>member Maria K\u00fctt,&nbsp;<em>Chairman of the Board of PARE<\/em><\/li><li>alternate member Indrek Peterson,&nbsp;<em>CEO of the Estonian Association of Construction Entrepreneurs<\/em><\/li><\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Appeals Committee is a consultative body which presents its independent opinion to the HAKA Vocational Education Quality Assessment Council on the justification of the appeal submitted on the proceedings or opinions of the Council.
