The main task of the Council is to make assessment decisions in higher education.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Council has 13 members. The members are elected and approved by the <a href=\"https:\/\/haka.ee\/en\/supervisory-board\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">HAKA Supervisory Board<\/a> for 3 years.
